Role Overview: As a Guest Service Agent , you will be the face of our hotel - the primary touchpoint for our guests. From the moment they walk in till the moment they depart, your mission will be to ensure they have a seamless, exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations : Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out, registrations, room assignments, and key allocations.
  • Reservations Management : Handle bookings from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and guest preferences are noted.
  • Guest Experience : Offer insights about the hotel's amenities, nearby attractions, dining options, and more. Become their go-to for all needs.
  • Guest Feedback : Proactively address and resolve any guest concerns, ensuring they leave with a positive impression.
  • Financial Accuracy : Oversee payment processing and ensure financial records are accurate and updated.
  • Communication Hub : Manage switchboard operations, channeling communications effectively within the hotel.
  • Team Collaboration : Partner with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room excellence and timely resolution of guest requests.
  • Policy Adherence : Comply with all company protocols, ensuring safety and service standards are consistently met.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality or related field will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a hotel front desk or a similar customer-centric role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation and billing systems.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight.
