The Role

• Accountant (Fluent in Japanese & English)
• We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) experience to join our finance team in Japan. This role will ensure accurate financial transactions, compliance with local regulations, and timely reporting.

Your Skills

• Language Proficiency: Native-level Japanese and Business English (written and spoken).
• Accounting Expertise: Solid understanding of AP and AR processes, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Systems Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
• Experience: Prior experience in accounting within FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industries is a plus.

• Ownership: Manage AP and AR processes independently.
• Global Exposure: Collaborate with international teams and contribute to a dynamic global brand.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax and accounting regulations.
