Location: Dieppe, New Brunswick

Salary: Commensurate with experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Assistant to join our team in Dieppe, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities:

• Processing mortgage applications and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicating with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure a smooth mortgage application process.
• Coordinating mortgage closings and disbursements.
• Maintaining accurate records and files for all mortgage transactions.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Assisting Management and Underwriters with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
• Experience in the banking or mortgage industry is desired.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
