The Head Office for Charm Diamond Centres (CJ Limited) is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill an entry-level, full-time role as an Online Fulfilment Processor at our location in Dartmouth, NS.

In business since 1972, and operating over 85 stores across the country, CJ Limited is the largest family-owned Canadian jewellery company and a platinum member of Canada's Best Managed Companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Picking & packing web orders
• Process orders efficiently and accurately using internal systems
• Accurately manifesting shipments
• Help perform semi-annual inventory counts
• Other inventory duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with repetitive work
