Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of technicians to complete projects.
• Provide attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Conduct light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports using a handheld device.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience are preferred.
• A strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service.
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and confined spaces.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience with a metal brake for bending or shaping metal components.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training paid by the company).
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• You must wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.
