【仕事内容】
・予測稼働率に基づき、フロントオフィス業務を管理し、日々のオペレーションが円滑に行われるよう統括する
・人員配置、シフト管理、生産性、チーム構成を監督・最適化する
・トレーニングニーズを特定し、継続的なサービス向上を推進する
・前向きで意欲的な職場環境を醸成し、チームワークを促進する
・ゲストからのフィードバックを積極的に収集し、関係部署と連携して顧客満足度の向上を図る
・ナイトオーディット業務を含む日常オペレーション全般を統括する
・ロビー、パブリックエリア、バックオブハウス（BOH）の定期的な点検を実施する
・セキュリティチームと連携し、緊急時には適切かつ迅速に対応し、安全・安心を確保する

【応募資格】
・日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力を有する方
・国際基準のホテルにおいて、フロントオフィス経験3年以上、Duty Managerとしての経験1年以上
・Opera PMSの使用経験を有する方
・顧客志向で、リーダーシップおよびチームビルディングに優れた方
・柔軟性と主体性を持ち、スピード感のある環境で働ける方
