Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * * Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. **Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.** **Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract Unit / Location / Floor Designation: 7 west/7 east/5 east Medical Surgical with tele Level of Care (ICU, PCU, MS, Med-Tele, etc.): Number of Beds: 60 Patient Population (Adult, Peds, Mixed) PEDS NOT REQUIRED 60 Adults with a small amount of pediatrics (1-5 peds a year) 0630-1900, 1830-0700 every other weekend RN Ratio: 5:01 Common Patient Diagnosis: post surgical, diabetes, HF, HTN, weakness, cancer Scrubs: Navy EMR: Epic IV pumps: Alaris Float: yes, to 6E, acute rehad unit, geriatric psych unit Candidate qualifications: good attitude, positive mindset, team player, sees the value in others, cares for our patients/team members as one of your own.
